Abstract
We describe a method to study the effects of an extremely low frequency electromagnetic field (ELF-EMF) on the development of preneoplastic lesions in experimental hepatocarcinogenesis. The method uses the dual Lanczos transformation theory to diagonalize the Liouville superoperator that describe the evolution of a radical pair.
