Abstract
Thin Tl-2212 films were prepared by deposition of Ba-Ca-Cu precursors from an aerosol following by their thallination at 850C in a single-zone reactor. Various annealing surroundings as air, pure oxygen and eventually argon were chosen. Samples were characterized by measuring Tc, x-ray and SEM. Results concerning annealing times up to 30 min are presented.
